We undertake all work with the utmost care for your livelyhood, we consider downtime as not an option and will make every effort to keep services running during any repair.

Payment Policy
	Per Incident services must be paid upon completion of the instructed task.
	Monthly accounts must be paid on or before the due date, you will be invoiced at least 10 days beforehand.

Cause of system error
	If a problem is created directly as a result of the owner, the owners client or anyone to whom ssh access is granted while we maintain the machine, repair will be carried out at $90 per hour.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
    nzservers shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from any server going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Further, nzservers shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of anything. 
    nzservers reserves the right to change these Policies without prior notice or warning.
